Return Policy

Who is Bizape?

Bizape offers a wide range of Men’s Fashion products. These products are available through the Bizape website (“Platform”) and are sold by Bizape (“Products”) to the customers of the Platform (“Customers”).

What is the Return Policy?

2.1 Bizape’s Return Policy is designed to protect Customers in case of unsatisfactory or damaged Products, offering a 100% refund based on mutual agreement and compliance with return terms and conditions, once the Products have been delivered. This policy applies to purchases made through the Platform.

2.2 Customers must review and agree to the terms of this Return Policy before initiating a product purchase. If Customers do not agree with the policy, they should leave the Platform. The terms are accepted by initiating a purchase request.


Terms for Refund and Return

3.1 The Return Policy applies only to Products purchased from the Platform. Purchases made from retail stores or other e-commerce platforms are not eligible. Certain Products may be non-returnable or non-refundable as noted on the Platform.

3.2 Customers must initiate refund requests within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Products labeled Bizape Premium (Men’s Fashion) are covered under this policy.

3.3 To request a return, Customers must log into their account and submit a request through the Bizape Return Management System (RMS). The request must include details about the Product, its condition upon receipt, reason for return, and supporting images/videos (showing at least 2 angles of the Product, packaging, and shipping details). Additional documents may be requested. Return requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours. For non-registered purchases, return requests should be sent via email to ev.elegancev@gmail.com.

3.4 If a Customer returns a Product without its original accessories or gifts, Bizape reserves the right to either reject the return or deduct the value of missing items from the refund.


Return Requirements

  • Products must have tags attached if applicable.
  • No returns for intimates, undergarments, clothes, accessories, or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • No returns for face masks or face shields unless damaged or defective.
  • Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • Returned products must be unused if the reason is damage, wrong item, unwanted, expired, or incomplete parts.
  • Full sets (including packaging and instructions) must be returned for quality or damage issues.
  • Products must not be scratched or damaged if returned for quality issues or missing parts.

Refund Process

3.6.1 For non-business accounts, Customers can opt for an online refund. The refund will be processed via the original payment method once the returned Product is received and approved by Bizape, with the return shipping fee borne by the Customer.

3.6.2 Bizape will initiate a refund after quality checks confirm that the return is valid. No refunds will be issued for ineligible returns.

3.6.3 Refunds will be credited to the Customer’s original payment method within 14 working days.

3.6.4 Bizape will send a credit memo and/or email notifications about refund status, including cases of out-of-stock items or failed deliveries.

3.6.5 Bizape will attempt to keep Customers updated on refund status via email, but disclaims responsibility for any failure to communicate updates.

3.6.6 If a Customer receives incomplete Products, they must notify Bizape within 7 days for investigation.

3.6.7 Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges, unless the return is due to reasons accepted by Bizape.

3.6.8 Cash vouchers are not refundable. Only the paid amount will be refunded, excluding promotional or bundled items.

3.6.9 Orders placed via Click and Collect must be collected within 7 days of arrival. Orders not collected within this period may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.


Bizape For Business

4.1 Business account customers are only eligible for an online refund and must return Products using either their logistics partner or Bizape’s reverse logistics partner.

4.2 Return requests follow the same process outlined above.


Amendments to the Return Policy

Bizape reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Please note that Bizape only works with Men’s Fashion products.
